Role of the accreditation team in vocational placement agreements
The accreditation team acts under delegation from the Training and Employment Recognition Council and has certain roles and responsibilities in respect of a vocational placement agreement. The accreditation team must:
- assess applications for recognition of vocational placement schemes
- advise the Training and Employment Board on policy and guidelines for vocational placement
- regulate vocational placement agreements
- maintain a register for vocational placements.
