Submitting an application to accredit a new course
The following documents are required to develop and submit an application for accreditation of a new course:
- Application for accreditation of a new course [DOC 258kb] (Form FM-ACC1)
- Course concept proposal [PDF 47kb] (Form FM-ACC4)
- Course development advisory committee endorsement declaration [PDF 48kb] (Form FM-ACC5)
- Conflict of interest and confidentiality declaration [PDF 38kb] (Form FM-ACC6) (one form per committee member).

Other documentation required to accompany a submission:
- two copies of course documentation (this documentation should follow the national template for course documentation for accreditation as outlined in the Australian Quality Training Framework Guidelines for Course Developers [PDF 168kb];
- the appropriate application fee can be found in Accrediation Fees factsheet [PDF 54kb]
Submissions for course accreditation should be forwarded to the accreditation team.
