Training Net

Training Net has been replaced by a new system named Training Downloads.

To access Training Downloads, please proceed to DETConnect.

Training Net redevelopment

Training Net has been replaced by Training Downloads which provides the following improvements:

All users must undertake the migration to Training Downloads, as Training Net will be decommissioned.

How to prepare for migration from Training Net to Training Downloads:

1. If not already registered, your organisation must register for DETConnect and create up to two DETConnect administrator accounts for your organisation.
2. DETConnect administrators should consider who will be using Training Downloads within their organisation, as they have responsibility for managing the access requirements of other DETConnect users. Refer to DETConnect Help for Training Downloads Users [PDF 190kb].
3. Refer to Training Downloads Help [PDF 731kb] in relation to how download access is managed in the new system. Reading this help file is also beneficial in gaining an understanding of the functionality that is available in Training Downloads.
4. Ensure your systems are ready for some differences in download formats. To see the differences between Training Net and Training Downloads, refer to:

Training Downloads is now available. You will be notified when your Training Net account has been deactivated. Notification will be via email unless we have not received a current email address from you.  If your email address has changed, or you have not previously provided it via a migration form, please email deltahelpdesk@deta.qld.gov.au, quoting your Training Net user ID and organisation.
