AVETMISS Standard reporting
The Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard (AVETMISS) offers a nationally consistent standard for the collection and analysis of vocational education and training information throughout Australia.
Registered training organisations can register to lodge their AVETMISS files through Training Net. The submission of data covers all programs of training funded by the Department of Employment and Training, including user choice, competitive purchasing program, ACE-Vet, literacy and numeracy and employment initiative programs.
Alternatively, registered training organisations can email their AVETMISS files to stac@deta.qld.gov.au
The Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard is comprised of the following elements:
- Standard for vocational education and training providers,
- Standard for new apprenticeships; and the,
- Standard for vocational education and training financial data.
