Accreditation and registration
Registered training organisations can register for "read-only" access to their personal accreditation and registration information which, is stored on the Queensland database of training products and providers, otherwise known as VARS.
The VARS database supports business processes associated with the accreditation of training products, information on nationally endorsed training packages and the registration and auditing activities of registered training organisations.
Once registered, an organisation can view their information on-line or download it into a database or spreadsheet system. More information.
Information will be available for training products that have been accredited by the Department of Employment and Training; courses and qualifications drawn from the national training information service for delivery in Queensland and for qualifications drawn from nationally endorsed training packages. This information will be accessible on Training Net for the duration of the particular registered training organisations registration period.
