The responsibilities of training providers

The Queensland Government is committed to providing equal opportunity for people with disabilities to undertake vocational education and training.

Below is a series of fact sheets to assist training providers understand their obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) Standards for Education 2005.

The fact sheets cover the areas of reasonable adjustment, enrolment, participation, curriculum, support services and harassment.
