Applying for registration from the TAA04 training package

The TAA04 training package contains two qualifications - TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment.
The following guide has been developed to assist Queensland registered training organisations to apply for registration for these qualifications. You are required to submit the relevant application form, application fee and the supporting evidence as indicated in the guide. Your application cannot progress without the required evidence.
You will need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to enter and save text on this form.
