Check your system settings

Purchasing Online is accessed over a secure Internet site. If your computer is connected to a network, please check the configuration to ensure your network does not restrict access to secure sites. An information technology person in your organisation should be able to help you with this. Below is a list of the hardware and software you need to connect to Purchasing Online.

Purchasing Online uses a 128 bit security key. A padlock icon in the status bar at the bottom of the browser window indicates a secure session. While this padlock is displayed, all data transmitted during your Purchasing Online session is encrypted.
