What is Purchasing Online?
Purchasing Online is the Department of Employment and Training's website for registered training organisations to tender for the delivery of publicly funded training in Queensland.
Who can use Purchasing Online?
The site has been designed for registered training organisations to utilise in the tendering process.
What is a registered training organisation?
The Training and Employment Act 2000 states a registered training organisation is a training organisation that is registered to provide either training services or recognition services.
If an organisation wishes to deliver recognised training and assessment, and issue qualifications and statements of attainment under the Australian Qualifications Framework, it must be registered with the state authority, which in Queensland is the Training Recognition Council. Information on becoming a registered training organisation is now available.
