International engagement strategy
Australia ranks in the top five countries exporting vocational education and training.
Queensland VET public and private training providers work collaboratively to deliver quality vocational education solutions to clients throughout the world. Each year over 7000 international students and partners look to Queensland for vocational education and training solutions.
Queensland's VET sector aims to be internationally recognised as the top supplier of vocational education and training products and services.
The VET Export Office will work with Queensland's VET providers to:

increase the Queensland market for VET export

increase the Queensland market share for VET export in Australia and
-
increase the number and quality of Queensland public and private VET collaborations.
The VET Export Office will work towards these goals through:

innovative strategy and policy leadership

understanding and meeting international market demand and

supporting sustainable provider export capacity and capability.
