Agricultural College Act 2005
The Agricultural College Act 2005 amalgamated the Dalby Agricultural College, Longreach Pastoral College, Emerald Agricultural College and the Australian College of Tropical Agriculture as the Australian Agricultural College Corporation from 1 July 2005.
The corporation operates as a separate statutory body with an advisory board providing advice to the corporation on the training needs of agribusiness, the needs of communities served by the corporation, and the needs of agricultural and rural industries.
