Trade Supervisors Initiative
The Trade Supervisors Initiative provides funding to industry groups and employers to deliver TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to interested trade supervisors.
Accredited supervisors will be able to train and/or assess apprentices in the workplace, relieving pressure on TAFE places and potentially shortening the duration of the apprenticeship training.
Employers and industry groups interested in developing the training and assessment skills of supervisors of apprentices and trainees are invited to make an application.
Applications for the Trade Supervisors Initiative will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the size and complexity of the proposed strategy.
