  1. Are you an Australian or New Zealand citizen?

  2. Do you have permanent residency in Australia?

  3. Do you hold a Provisional visa (163, 309, 310, 457, 820 and 826) or Skilled Independent Regional (SIR) visa or Temporary Protection Visa (TPV)?
